Capacity Building

UNACOH has developed capacity to prepare project proposals, co-ordinate various activites within UNACOH and between UNACOH and other organizations, and capacity to run national level projects.

UNACOH has nominated a number of members for Occupational Health and Community Health Scholarships, as well as promoted education of secretarial staff.

UNACOH has built capacity of CBOs especially through NECDP and Global Fund projects.

UNACOH has a lot of public health literature both national and international, hence, a health information “resource center”, that is accessible to many stakeholders.
